Delicious Hot Cakes you can eat when you are on a diet

Who doesn't love breakfast hot cakes? They are extremely delicious but when you are trying to take care of the line they are not the best option ... unless you choose super healthy and zero fattening hot cakes like these.

Check out these recipes, try them and be prepared not to eat the classic hot cakes again, because they will conquer you completely and for a lifetime.

Hot banana cakes

Ingredients:

2 bananas
4 eggs
Strawberries
Butter without salt (coconut oil)

preparation:

In a deep bowl place the bananas cut into three and the 4 eggs. Mix trying to undo any clumps. Heat a pan and place a little butter or coconut oil and pour some mixture. Decorate with strawberries and enjoy.

Hot oatmeal cakes

Ingredients:

2 cups of oatmeal
Milk (of your preference)
A banana
Stevia
A teaspoon of baking powder
Butter or coconut oil

preparation:

Blend oatmeal, baking powder and milk until everything is perfectly incorporated. Add the egg and stevia to the blender and blend a few more seconds. Place some butter or coconut oil in a hot pan and pour some mixture to create a hot cake. You can accompany them with fruit or honey.

Vegan hot cakes

Ingredients:

A cup of wheat flour
2 teaspoons yeast
Stevia to taste
A banana
A cup of soy or almond milk
Coconut oil

preparation:

Stir all the ingredients in a bowl (except coconut oil). Place a little oil in a hot pan and pour the mixture to create the hot cakes.

Hot protein cakes

Ingredients:

4 egg whites
2 stevia envelopes
1/2 cup oatmeal
A splash of milk of your choice
A dash of vanilla
Pinch of cinnamon powder
A measure of your favorite protein
Butter or coconut oil

preparation:

Blend all the ingredients until they are perfectly mixed. Place butter or coconut oil in a hot pan and pour the mixture to start forming the hot cakes. Garnish with fruits and honey.

Amaranth Hot Cakes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup ground amaranth
1/2 cup ground oats
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons wheat bran
2 eggs
17 "cup of milk of your choice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 envelope of stevia
Butter or coconut oil

preparation:

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients first, add the egg and milk and continue mixing until they merge properly. If it is too thick, add more milk.

In a hot pan place a little butter or coconut oil and pour the mixture to create your hot cakes.

Hot Quinoa Cakes

Ingredients:

A cup of cooked quinoa
3/4 cup amaranth or wheat flour
2 teaspoons royal
1/2 teaspoon salt
An egg and an egg white
Coconut oil
1/4 cup almond milk or the one of your choice
2 tablespoons honey
Fruit to taste

preparation:

In a deep bowl mix the quinoa, flour, royal and salt. In another bowl mix the egg, the white, a little coconut oil, milk, and honey.

Once you mix the ingredients separately, combine them and stir until you get a mixture with good consistency. Heat a pan and pour to create your hot cakes.

Hot cocoa cakes

Ingredients:

A cup of cooked quinoa
3/4 cup amaranth or wheat flour
2 teaspoons royal
1/2 teaspoon salt
An egg and an egg white
Coconut oil
1/4 cup almond milk or the one of your choice
2 tablespoons honey
Fruit to taste

preparation:

In a deep bowl mix the quinoa, flour, royal and salt. In another bowl mix the egg, the white, a little coconut oil, milk, and honey.

Once you mix the ingredients separately, combine them and stir until you get a mixture with good consistency. Heat a pan and pour to create your hot cakes.

Hot Almond Cakes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Three eggs
5 tablespoons of milk of your choice
Two tablespoons honey
A teaspoon of vanilla extract
Fruit to taste
Coconut oil or butter

preparation:

In a bowl mix the eggs, coconut milk, honey and vanilla. In another bowl mix the flour, baking soda and salt.

Combine the liquid ingredients with the dry ones and mix until you have the perfect consistency. Heat a pan and create your delicious hot cakes.
